Support hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST
We may offer limited support outside these hours for critical issues.

3. Response targets (guidance, not SLA)

  • Critical (Service unavailable): 4 business hours
  • High (core feature broken): 1 business day
  • Normal: within 2–3 business days

4. What support includes

  • help with account access issues,
  • billing questions,
  • reporting bugs, and basic usage guidance.

5. What support excludes

  • custom development,
  • third-party plugin/theme debugging (unless explicitly agreed),
  • on-site support.
